No. For monthly retainers and managed services, we typically work on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice to end. Project work is scoped and priced upfront with clear milestones.

Everything is detailed in your proposal. Generally: our time, expertise, management overhead, tools we provide, and standard communication/reporting. Any third-party costs (software licences, ad spend, platform fees) are separate and clearly identified.
